Many
of us have been blessed with loving parents, good jobs, nice homes and
healthy families. Over time, we come to expect the best, and take it for
granted. However, not everyone receives such blessings.
Turnstone Properties Inc. created its consulting division in response to requests from the social service community and affordable housing industry that needed help in navigating the real estate development process, bringing projects from concept to fruition.
We have provided services to organizations with little or no experience in real estate development to sophisticated affordable housing developers who are interested in pursuing projects in the Tampa Bay area.
Turnstone Properties staff and officers are focused
on providing high-quality, functional and attractive developments, designed
to enhance the neighborhoods in which they are located. Care is taken
to work closely with existing neighborhood associations, and local governments
to set the foundation for a successful project.
