Identifying Funding: If additional funding is required, Turnstone will identify potential private and commercial lenders and assist in preparing presentations to lenders.

Marketing: Turnstone performs market research and prepares and implements marketing plans. Turnstone will facilitate dialog with investors and development neighbors, if necessary.

Project Management: Turnstone is prepared to oversee the entire project including construction management.
