Thank you for visiting our web site and giving us the opportunity to share our vision and expertise with you. Turnstone Properties’ consulting division was created in response to requests from local governments and non-profit agencies who are involved in community development, though capital investments or providing social services. In response to those needs, Turnstone created a process which allows us to address specific challenges facing individual clients, from envisioning a project through funding and construction management. Just as each client is different, the services we provide may vary greatly from project to project.  Still, most clients choose to work with us building community consensus and support for projects based on our long-time expertise in working with neighborhood associations, community stakeholders and local governments.

You will find that we are clear-eyed pragmatists when it comes to turning visions into bricks and mortar.

We have over 15 years of practical experience and success:
