division was created in response to requests from local governments
and non-profit agencies who are involved in community development, though
capital investments or providing social services. In response to those
needs, Turnstone created a process which allows us to address specific
challenges facing individual clients, from envisioning a project through
funding and construction management. Just as each client is different,
the services we provide may vary greatly from project to project.

and support for projects based on our long-time expertise in working
with neighborhood associations, community stakeholders and local governments.
